Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting; MBA or certifications are a plus.

Ready to accelerate your path to the CFO seat? An industry-leading, high-growth services organization is seeking a finance leader with the potential to become a divisional CFO through a structured succession and mentorship program. This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with an established executive, gain direct exposure to the CEO and board, and step into leadership of a complex finance organization supporting a multi-billion-dollar business. You'll be compensated like a CFO from day one while building toward full ownership of the function.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, related field; MBA or Masters and/or additional cerfications a huge plus.
• Experienced finance leader from a private equity-backed company, consulting firm, strategic finance team, investment banking, or corporate finance leadership environment.
• Strong foundation in financial planning, business strategy, operational improvement, and executive-level decision support.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and build credibility across multiple business functions.
• Known for your financial acumen, strategic thinking, operational curiosity, executive presence, and builder mentality.

What you’ll do:

• Partner directly with the current CFO through a structured onboarding and succession program designed to prepare you for the top finance role.
• Learn, evaluate, and strengthen finance, accounting, and financial operations while building relationships across the organization.
• Lead strategic initiatives, support executive decision-making, and participate in board preparation and communications.
• Assume increasing ownership of the finance organization with a defined path to promotion into the CFO position based on performance.

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
• The expected range for this role is $240,000-$250,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
