HCA Healthcare’s Central West Texas Division seeks an Executive leader to drive practice operations from Austin, overseeing a broad network of providers and hospitals. The role reports to division leadership and ensures alignment with corporate priorities, regulatory standards, and patient care goals.
The AVP will guide six direct reports, manage budgeting, and partner with hospital CEOs to deliver quality, efficient services and strategic growth across the division.

The role of theDivision Assistant Vice President (DAVP) of Practice Operationsserves the second in command and chief operations officer in PSG’slargest divisions. The position serves as the market representative for the Division leadership, holding providers accountable to the contracted terms and ensuring that theinterestof HCA Healthcare and the Division are met. The position will communicate regularly (monthly MOR and PRN) with the Group Vice President, DivisionCFOand the Divisions’ hospitals’ CEOs. This positionmonitorsthe activities and operations of all the programs components to ensure the programs meet the Division’s goals of improved quality, efficiency, volume, and patient / physician satisfaction.
