This role collaborates with internal partners to resolve issues and maintain audit-ready records. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with strong ERP and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting or finance experience (or equivalent, e.g., 6–8 years).
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Experience performing division or general accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
• Ability to provide informal guidance or assistance within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules for division accounting activities.
• Analyze divisional financial data to identify discrepancies and variances.
• Support close processes (month-end, quarter-end, year-end) for division accounting.
• Investigate and resolve accounting issues with internal partners.
• Maintain organized documentation to support controls and audits.
• Communicate accounting policies and data requirements to internal teams.
• Assist with audit materials and divisional analyses.
• Provide guidance to entry-level staff as appropriate.
• Suggest improvements to workflows and system usage.
