Job summary

Teklysium Inc. in Southern California is seeking an experienced Division 5 Estimator and Business Development professional to estimate, bid, and win miscellaneous metals and structural steel projects.

You will build strong relationships with contractors, developers, and commercial customers in Southern California. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of estimating and selling Division 5 metals, a proven track record, and existing Southern California contractor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating and selling Division 5 miscellaneous metals or structural steel.
• Proven track record of winning projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, takeoffs, and fabrication.
• Existing Southern California contractor relationships preferred.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to develop a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and bid miscellaneous metals and structural steel projects.
• Review plans, specifications, and construction documents.
