Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of Division 10 projects (bathroom partitions & grab rails).
• Analyze blueprints and specs to ensure design intent and requirements are met.
• Prepare and submit submittals for specialty products.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and the estimating team to set budgets and procure materials.
• Monitor expenses, manage staffing with superintendents, and maintain project schedules.
• Provide regular updates to customers and conduct progress presentations.
• Foster positive customer relations and assist with project-related events as needed.
