Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking experienced Division 10/12 Installers for commercial work, including partitions, accessories, and related items. The role involves installing bathroom partitions, coordinating with general contractors, and overseeing junior installers on site.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, be safety-conscious with scaffolding and ladders, and possess good communication skills. A team-oriented attitude is essential for success on diverse project sites.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of experience in installation work.
• Safe operation with baker scaffolding and ladders.
• Compliant with safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills; listens to instruction.

Responsibilities

• Understands how to install bathroom partitions and accessories.
• Oversee less experienced installers/laborers.
• Coordinate with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations.
• Identify/Resolve conflicts in site-specific conditions prior to road blocks in plan.
• Other duties as assigned.
