Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Division 10 Project Manager to lead bathroom partitions and grab rail projects.

You will interpret blueprints, coordinate submittals, and manage budgets, schedules, and staffing for Division 10 work. You will collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to keep projects on time and within budget, deliver progress updates, provide presentations, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Division 10 trade experience.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail oriented with cost awareness.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to schedule.
• Proficient with computer systems and software.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and interpret architectural blueprints for Division 10.
• Coordinate submittals for specialty products.
• Collaborate with suppliers to procure materials.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor budgets and control costs.
• Communicate project progress to customers and teams.
• Lead coordination with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct professional presentations on milestones.
