Job summary

Himmel’s Architectural Door & Hardware, LLC in Grapevine, TX seeks a Division 10 Lead Project Manager to steer the Texas Division 10 operations.

You will manage multiple divisions, oversee bids, procurement, submittals, and project closeouts, and partner with the Dallas business unit to align growth with branch strategy. The role emphasizes leadership, budget ownership, and strong contractor/architect relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction with Division 10 exposure.
• Strong understanding of construction workflow: plan reading, submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement, scheduling and closeout.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects with budget, schedule and quality targets.
• Builder mindset with initiative, ownership of outcomes, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Division 10 in Texas, setting priorities, standards, and pace.
• Scale estimating, project management, submittals, procurement, and closeout using standard processes.
• Pursue Division 10 opportunities in the Texas market; strengthen GC/architect relationships.
• Coordinate with Dallas for branch strategy alignment and mentorship of coordinators.
• Manage projects from bid through closeout: partitions, accessories, lockers, signage, and related products.
• Own schedules, budgets, profitability, and coordination with field teams and contractors.
• Ensure ADA/TAS compliance and applicable codes; represent Himmel’s at meetings and events.
