The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of carpentry experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to read construction documents. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on diverse commercial projects across the DFW Metroplex.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of carpentry experience, including finish-carpentry work and installation.
• Proficiency using carpentry tools, equipment, and measurement devices.
• Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and quality control.
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the DFW Metroplex.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical work.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements; certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install Division 10 specialty products (e.g., restroom partitions).
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Ensure precise measurements and assembly to meet standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and propose solutions.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and competently.
