We are seeking a skilled field installer with proven experience in Division 10 specialties to join our team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of delivering high-quality workmanship on commercial and residential projects. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to read construction documents, and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Install Division 10 specialty products (e.g., restroom partitions, toilet accessories, lockers, fire extinguishers/cabinets, signage, visual display boards, and other commercial accessory packages).
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Ensure precise measurements,, and assembly to meet project standards and client expectations.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas while adhering to company and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades to complete tasks on schedule.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and propose solutions to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely and competently.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 3+ years of carpentry experience, including finish-carpentry work and installation.
• Proficiency using carpentry tools, equipment, and measurement devices.Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and quality control.
• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the DFW Metroplex.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical work as required.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements; certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience installing Division 10 commercial accessories.
• Experience in both commercial and high-end residential environments.
• Knowledge of ADA compliance related to Division 10 installations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
