Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. seeks an experienced Division 10/12 Foreman for commercial projects nationwide. You will lead installation teams for partitions, accessories, and related items while coordinating with GCs and other subcontractors.

Strong communication, safety discipline, and hands-on leadership are essential. Minimum 3 years in a foreman role, with scaffolding and ladder experience. Bilingual (EN/ES) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 3 years of experience in Division 10/12 or related foreman role.
• Must work safely with scaffolding, ladders, and elevated work areas.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills; able to lead installers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of bathroom partitions, accessories, and related items.
• Read blueprints and measure surfaces for accurate hanging and alignment.
• Inspect surfaces for imperfections and ensure quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with GC and subcontractors on site expectations and schedules.
• Instruct and supervise junior installers; ensure safety compliance on site.
• Identify and resolve site-specific issues before progression.
