Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a dedicated Dividend Operations Associate to join our Transfer Agency team. The primary focus of the role is dividend processing and reconciliation. The associate performs administrative and operational support activities to help the team meet business goals, service standards, and cost requirements.

This role works independently within established procedures and provides day-to-day guidance to less experienced associates when needed. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.

This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to our Edgewood, Long Island office with a 2‑day per week in‑person expectation.

Responsibilities

Compensation Range: The hourly salary range for this position is $26.00-$32.00.
