Qualifications

• 6+ years operating in a similar Diversity & Inclusion Manager role.
• Strong working knowledge of cultural awareness and communication.
• Comfort being measured against a clear manager bar.
• 6+ years of initiative reps, not just initiative exposure.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-native environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in current procedures and recommend fixes.
• Contribute to process improvements that boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Read a Continuous Learning system you didn't build and improve it anyway.
• Sense when a Racine relationship needs a call, not an email.
• Translate fuzzy stakeholder asks into a crisp Coaching plan.
• Manage competing demands while keeping attention to detail high.
• Own assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Show up for the unglamorous general maintenance nobody volunteers for.
