Job summary

Bechtel is offering a part-time telework internship focused on Diversity & Inclusion. The role supports external engagement, BRG meetings, and coordination of diversity initiatives across Bechtel’s global teams.

Eligible students will work up to three days in person per week at assigned offices or project sites. The internship emphasizes content development, data analysis, and collaboration with BRGs and advisory councils, with opportunities to participate in leadership sessions and networking

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a four-year accredited degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Diversity and Inclusion, or Psychology.
• Completed at least two years of undergraduate studies.
• Possess the eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with external engagement planning for BRG meetings and professional society meetings.
• Assist in preparing D&I social media posts, research, and other communications tasks.
• Support internal and external diversity-related programming.
• Coordinate with various functions on D&I priorities.
