This role focuses on running global initiatives, supporting employee networks, and working closely with HR, Talent, and senior stakeholders to ensure inclusion activities are impactful, measurable, and compliant.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and delivering inclusion, DEI, or people‑focused programs
• Strong project management experience, including timelines, reporting, and risk management
• Experience working closely with HR, Talent, or People teams
• Ability to work confidently across regions and cultures in a matrix organisation
• Comfortable working with data, KPIs, surveys, and reporting on impact
• Experience reviewing content, communications, or programs for compliance and inclusivity
• Typically 5-8 years experience in inclusion, DEI, HR programs, employee engagement, or related areas
