The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Curriculum Coordinator serves as a strategic and collaborative leader responsible for advancing inclusive educational programming, equitable practices, and a strong sense of belonging across the school community. Working in close partnership with academic leaders, educators, students, and families, this role helps ensure that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) principles are thoughtfully integrated into curriculum design, teaching practices, student programming, and community engagement.
This is a part-time, in-person position beginning in the 2026-2027 Academic Year. The successful candidate will report directly to our Upper School Division Head, and work in close collaboration with the Senior Academic Leadership Team, across all lower, middle and upper school divisions supporting all academic departments.
