Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) invites applications for the Program Manager for Learner Diversity Education and Engagement (LDEE) within the CLDI to advance DEIB education and engagement across the learner community. The PM will support education programs and oversee a team.

Working with faculty and staff across campus, the role aims to build inclusive excellence and develop learners from historically marginalized populations, with strong facilitation, communication and presentation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
5 years of experience working with students in training and development.
Experience partnering in an academic or healthcare environment.
Experience with student and program development.
Experience with diverse communities (disability, historically marginalized, first generation).
Knowledge of trends in higher education.
Knowledge and application of evidence-based DEIB programming and training.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet due dates.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement educational and engagement programs to support DEIB education and engagement strategies and goals.
Lead a team focused on programmatic efforts for learner support.
Collaborate with learners, faculty, and staff to sustain an inclusive academic environment and develop learners from historically marginalized populations.
Lead initiatives that increase cultural competency and DEIB awareness within OHSU.
