Job summary

NMDP is hiring a Member Recruitment & Event Coordinator (MRC) to educate, engage, and inspire the public for registry recruitment through in-person and digital events. The role requires traveling regionally, building diverse community partnerships, and coordinating with marketing, donor services, and the NMDP Foundation to maximize outreach.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, strong public speaking and outreach skills, and at least two years in sales, development, or event

• Ability to motivate volunteers and donors and coordinate outreach.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships within ethnically diverse communities.
• Plans and delivers mission-focused events (live and digital) to meet enrollment goals.
• Collaborates with account managers and marketing to design engagement plans.
• Educates prospective volunteers/patrons about the NMDP mission and the donation process.
• Oversees volunteer recruitment, training, and recognition activities.
