Job summary

Janus Henderson Group is offering a 10-week summer internship in Denver, focused on gaining first-hand experience in Diversity and Community Relations. The program runs from May 31 to August 6, 2027 and includes induction, on-the-job learning, skills trainings, and networking opportunities.

The role supports the Diversity Programme, assists in event logistics, and helps amplify the firm's reputation through community engagement. Hybrid working and professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Support Diversity Programme by assisting in implementing programme elements and ERG events
• Assist with event logistics for Community Relations events and employee volunteer activities
• Represent the firm at local events and fundraisers with community partners
• Collaborate with Communications and Marketing to prepare collateral and update internal content
• Carry out additional duties as assigned
