Job summary

ProMedica Health System in Toledo, OH seeks a Drug Diversion Program Analyst to support the Controlled Substance Diversion Prevention Program through surveillance, auditing and data analysis. You will monitor diversion-related data, identify trends, and assist with investigations to protect patients and staff.

Using diversion software and reporting systems, you will prepare reports, collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, and anesthesia teams, and help strengthen diversion prevention strategies

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of medication dispensing technology (e.g., ADC) and EMR systems.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with pharmacy, nursing, anesthesia peers.
3 years in a pharmacy technician practice role.
OH/MI pharmacy technician licensure.
PTCB certification; advanced certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

Monitor diversion-related data and identify trends to detect risks.
Analyze data using diversion software and reporting systems to support investigations.
