Job summary

City and County of Denver seeks an Adult Diversion Officer for the District Attorney's Office to interview, assess, and guide clients through diversion. You will develop case plans, coordinate with service providers, and monitor progress while preparing reports for court.

Strong communication and collaboration with community partners are essential. Experience with youth or adults and knowledge of grants/data reporting will support outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or adults in community settings.
• Understanding Risk-Need-Responsivity model to assess and treat offenders.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Interview candidates for Diversion inclusion and complete intakes.
• Develop individual case plans with SMART goals and coordinate referrals.
• Prepare reports and court documents; ensure timely paperwork and deadlines.
• Monitor progress, conduct group sessions, and adjust plans as needed.
• Engage with community partners and attend trainings to improve services.
