Qualifications

• Master's Degree in juvenile/criminal justice, community planning or social work administration with 1–2 years’ experience in restorative justice is required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Demonstrates model fidelity and strong leadership with peers, leadership roles, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers and Supervisors in training team members in the model and regulatory topics.
• Utilize DCF and CYSA tracking systems to support training objectives.
• Track training attendance and certification via Med Trainer.
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet productivity goals and plan care.
• Provide outreach to stakeholders and participate in Community Collaboratives.
