Job summary

Singing River Health System is seeking a Diversified Technician to provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse within Singing River Pascagoula Hospital. You will support patient care teams and assist with routine clerical duties in a busy hospital setting.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with CNA preferred. Certification updates and de-escalation training are required; nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate from a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) program preferred.
• Hospital / healthcare experience and/or on the job training may be accepted in lieu of formal education.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under RN supervision according to predefined guidelines.
• Perform routine clerical and receptionist duties as designated.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort while following infection control guidelines.
