Job summary

Singing River Health System seeks a Diversified Technician to provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse at Singing River Gulfport Hospital. The role supports the nursing unit team and performs routine clerical and receptionist duties as assigned.

Must be a high school graduate; CNA program preferred. Nursing Assistant experience and ED exposure are preferred, with de-escalation training and adherence to infection-control guidelines emphasized.

Qualifications

• Nursing Assistant experience preferred.
• Experience working in an Emergency Department preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under RN supervision according to predefined guidelines.
• Perform routine clerical and receptionist duties as designated by the Nurse Manager or RN.
