Huish Outdoors is seeking a Technical Service and Care Representative to join our Salt Lake City, UT team. You will handle order entry, process returns and warranty claims, and provide technical support to customers via phone and email.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly in English, has strong problem-solving skills, and can manage shifting priorities. Dive gear knowledge is helpful, but not required; candidates should be physically able to move 30 lb boxes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience working with customers
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Physically fit to move 30 lb boxes
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, NetSuite and Excel
• Dive experience is a distinct asset, but not required

Responsibilities

• Process received orders from phone, email, or fax
• Use company sales programs and tools (NetSuite, Excel, MS Word, Gmail)
• Answer inquiries from retail partners and end-users promptly
• Assess and process returns and warranty claims per procedures
• Disseminate technical information and product knowledge for multiple product lines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Develop and maintain professional relationships internally and externally
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
