Job summary

Mainstream Commercial Divers, Inc. is seeking a Dive Supervisor (Casual) to oversee diving operations as the Designated Person in Charge (DPIC) in Murray, KY. The role centers on planning, safety, and execution of underwater construction, maintenance, and inspections.

The supervisor will ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols, project contracts, and client requirements, and will manage field teams and documentation while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years in the diving industry with supervisory experience in multiple areas.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
• TWIC required upon employment.
• CPR/First Aid/Oxygen Admin/AED certifications; can be obtained on employment.
• ADCI supervisor and diver card; fit-to-dive physical required.
• Background and MVR checks required; ongoing verification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of every dive team member.
• Oversee diving operations including underwater construction, maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Complete daily MER Diving paperwork: dive logs, JHAs, dive plans, inspection results.
• Communicate schedule, scope changes, safety concerns to management, team, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with project documents, schedules, and corporate policies.
• Garantuee safe vehicle operation and driver compliance; travel may be required.
