Job summary

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree required.
• Leadership-level certification from an internationally recognized agency.
• Experience in aquarium diving preferred.
• Must present dive training certifications, certificates, and diving log.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily MGDP dive operations and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair dive equipment.
• Maintain dive program records and compliance with DSM.
• Coordinate training and emergency drills for the team.
• Interact with guests, media, and the public as needed.
• Promote a strong safety culture in dive operations.
