Job summary

Moody Gardens in Galveston, TX seeks a Dive Officer to lead the Moody Gardens Dive Program operations, supervise staff and volunteers, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across aquarium and field dives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with leadership-level certification.
• Experience in aquarium-related diving and supervision of dive operations.
• Ability to pass AAUS-compliant dive physical and swim test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff and volunteer divers during dives.
• Maintain dive program records and equipment maintenance logs.
• Provide instruction, guidance, and corrective feedback to divers and staff.
