Responsibilities include supporting various program budgets & WBS numbers throughout the division by preparing monthly budget reports, monitoring expenses & maintaining databases. The role includes assisting with budgeting, tracking expenditures, generating & analyzing reports, and coaching peers and maintenance supervisors in budget management strategies. This position will also assist with the development of new contracts for various maintenance functions, and in the administration of ID/IQ contracts throughout the Division. The position will also track the Division’s Secondary Road Construction program and oversee special projects as assigned. The role will also help troubleshoot issues throughout maintenance areas and ensure consistency in the application of policies and procedures throughout the Division.
