Job summary

Fort Worth ISD seeks a Coordinator, Compliance and Related Services to drive districtwide coordination of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Music Therapy services, ensuring adherence to IEPs and federal/state requirements.

Under the Director, this role will monitor staffing, documentation, and program outcomes, provide technical assistance, and support SHARS/Medicaid reimbursement to sustain high-quality related services for students.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• Masters degree preferred in OT/PT/MT or related field.
• Valid Texas licensure preferred for OT/PT and teaching certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead districtwide OT, PT, and MT programs ensuring compliance with IEPs and regulations.
• Coordinate service delivery, staffing, caseloads, and scheduling across campuses.
• Monitor program effectiveness through data on outcomes and compliance indicators.
• Review documentation and IEP data for timely, accurate service delivery.
• Support SHARS/Medicaid processes and ensure proper billing practices.
• Provide professional learning, coaching, and performance management for staff.
• Collaborate with families, campuses, and district leadership.
