Job summary

Fort Worth ISD is seeking a Coordinator IV for Speech Language Pathologists, Evaluations, and Related Services. You will oversee implementation, quality, and compliance of district-wide speech-language services, ensuring timely evidence-based support aligned with IEPs and district expectations.

Under the Director of Compliance, Evaluation, and Related Services, you will supervise SLPs, manage caseloads, monitor timelines, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Valid Texas SLP license (TDLR) required or preferred.
• Experience managing evaluation and related services for students with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, quality, and compliance of speech-language services district-wide.
• Provide supervision of Speech-Language Pathologists and manage caseloads.
• Monitor service timelines, documentation, and fidelity of speech-language services.
• Deliver targeted coaching and professional development based on performance data.
• Collaborate with campus leaders to align services with instructional priorities.
