Job summary

Richfield Public Schools is seeking Districtwide Substitute Paraprofessionals to support students across classrooms. You will help create a safe, engaging learning environment and assist teachers with instructional tasks.

Required qualifications include either 60 college credits, an Associate's degree or higher, or a passing score on the MN ParaPro or ParaEducator exam. Compensation is provided according to the district’s classification steps.

The Richfield Public School District is currently accepting applications for Districtwide Substitute Paraprofessionals working with students.

Requirements:

Must be highly qualified, providing supporting documentation, having 1 of the 3 listed below:

• 1. Completed two years of study (earning 60 or more credit hours) from an accredited institution of higher education (Transcript).
• 2. have an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution of higher education (Transcript).
• 3. Obtained a passing score on the MN approved assessment ParaPro or ParaEducator exam, both measuring math and reading skills (Certification).

Compensation: Substitutes are paid at step 1 of the classification they sub for.
