Job summary

Richfield Public Schools is seeking a part-time Special Education Paraprofessional-Resource at Richfield High School for the 2026-27 school year, working with students in grades 9–12. The candidate will support students’ educational needs in a high school setting within the district.

Requirements include being highly qualified with documentation and meeting one of the following: two years of college (60+ credits), an Associate's degree or higher, or passing the ParaEducator assessment.

The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a part-time Special Education Paraprofessional-Resource at Richfield High School for the 2026-2027 school year, working with students in grades 9-12. Requirements

Must be highly qualified, providing supporting documentation; having 1 of the 3 listed below:

• Completed two years of study (equaling 60 or more credit hours) from an accredited institution of higher education (Transcripts).
• Have an Associate's degree or higher (Transcripts).
• Obtained a passing score on the MN-approved assessment ParaEducator, which measures math and reading skills (Certificate).

Hourly Rate

Hourly Rate: $23.83 -$27.02 (Based on education and experience)

Richfield Public Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package. Please note, the current rate is for the 2025-26 and the contract is currently under negotiation for the 2026-27 school year.
