Bristol Tennessee City Schools in Bristol, Tennessee is seeking a District-wide Behavior Technician (Educational Assistant) to support students with disabilities and behavioral needs across the district.

The role operates under the District-wide Behavior Analyst/BCBA and involves implementing behavior plans, data collection, and collaboration with teachers and specialists to promote student success in various educational settings.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with behavior interventions or social-emotional supports preferred.
• Current Handle With Care certification or ability to obtain.
• Must have or be able to obtain CPR/First Aid.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct behavioral, instructional, and social-emotional support district-wide.
• Implement BIPs and safety plans under certified staff supervision.
• Collect, maintain, and communicate behavioral data and progress toward goals.
• Travel between district locations to provide services.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
