Job summary

The Chester County Intermediate Unit seeks a Behavior Supports Coordinator - LEA Programs to lead behavioral support services for LEAs across a multi-county region. You will coordinate service delivery, supervise ABA staff, and ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices.

You will oversee program audits, collaborate with district leadership, and align services with regulatory requirements while driving data-informed improvements for student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health, or related field is required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Minimum 8 years experience in a behavioral health setting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience providing supervision to staff.
• Current police, child abuse, and FBI fingerprint clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee LEA behavioral support services across a multi-county region.
• Serve as the primary liaison to school districts to assess needs and determine delivery models.
• Oversee intake, triage, and assignment of behavioral support requests, including consultation and direct service needs.
• Provide ongoing supervision and guidance to assigned staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead functional behavior assessments and develop function-based behavior intervention plans.

Education
