Job summary

Chester County Intermediate Unit seeks a Behavior Supports Coordinator for IU Programs in the Student Services division. The role provides strategic leadership, oversight of behavioral support systems, and program development across IU-operated programs, supervising BCBA colleagues and support staff, with duties split between Malvern and West Grove.

Starting at the Child and Career Development Center in Coatesville until the Great Valley Campus opens, this position leads PBIS alignment,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health, or related field is required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a behavioral health setting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience providing supervision to staff.
• Current police, child abuse, and FBI fingerprint clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic and Systems Leadership for campus-wide behavior support.
• Design, implement, and evaluate a PBIS framework aligned with IU programs.
• Supervise staff including BCBA trainees and RBTs with BACB supervision requirements.
• Coordinate with LEAs and school teams to ensure fidelity of behavioral services.
• Oversee data systems, compliance with regulations, and crisis intervention training.
