Job summary

Boston Public Schools is seeking a Stipended 10 Boys Initiative Academic Coordinator to oversee district-wide implementation across participating schools and ensure fidelity of interventions with data-informed practice.

You will collaborate with school leaders and teachers, coordinate professional learning for Academic Intervention Teachers, monitor student progress using Solara and Panorama, and report monthly on outcomes for Black and Brown male students.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts educator license.
• Currently working within BPS.
• Master’s degree in education or related field.
• Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience.
• Experience leading districtwide or multi-school initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee implementation of the 10 Boys Initiative across participating schools.
• Support Academic Intervention Teachers and monitor progress.
• Develop student profiles and monitor data across schools.
• Provide professional learning and coach staff.
• Prepare monthly reports to district leadership.
