Job summary
Clear Creek ISD is seeking a Campus Behavior Specialist to coach teachers, support IEP compliance, and improve student outcomes across campuses in League City, TX. The role emphasizes data-driven practices, crisis prevention, and district guidelines adherence.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, Texas teaching certification, and Special Education certification, with strong communication skills and experience in leadership roles at the campus or district level.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Valid Texas Teaching Certification.
- Valid Special Education Certification.
- Experience applying IEP requirements and CCISD guidelines are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of behavior management and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and consultation to campus staff and administrators.
- Support ESY decisions for eligible students with guidance to teams.
- Assist with FBA, BIP, and writing IEP goals.
- Monitor progress data to adjust services and supports.
- Collaborate on IEP development and ARD preparation.
- Deliver professional development for staff and families.
