Job summary

Soliant is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support students near Windsor, CT. You’ll manage a 24-30 student caseload within a school setting, starting ASAP through the academic year with potential renewal.

The role offers a 36-hour week schedule, with compensation ranging from $37.64 to $57.64 and benefits including healthcare, housing, and meals/incidental. Prioritize collaboration with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in CT.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings.
• Ability to manage a full school caseload.
• Strong communication and collaboration with students, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions for students with varied needs.
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans; monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals.
• Maintain clear documentation compliant with school/district protocols.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
• Empower students to increase independence in the school setting.
