Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide on-site school-based services on a single campus near Adams, MA. This contract starts ASAP and runs through June 16th, offering a consistent 10-hour work week to support students on IEPs.

You will assess needs, implement therapies for fine motor, sensory, and self-care, maintain records, and collaborate with teachers and families. A Master’s in OT and MA license eligibility are required, with preference for school or pediatric experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive, compassionate, and flexible approach to therapy.

Responsabilités

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students, following individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Assess students’ needs through evaluation and observation.
• Design and implement therapy interventions to address fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills.
• Maintain thorough records and progress reports in accordance with school policies.
• Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to maximize student success in the classroom.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for classroom accommodations.
