Qualifikationen

• Must pass a background check.
• Current Montana Administrative Certificate or ability to obtain.
• A four-year degree in recreation, education or related field is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s degree in Education preferred
• Completed district employment application

Aufgaben

• Administer the activities program within the policies and rules of the District’s Board of Trustees, Class B Conference, and MHSA.
• Recruit and hire qualified staff for the activities program.
• Evaluate personnel in the activities program.
• Develop staff development programs in activities coaching and management.
• Develop activities program policies and guidelines that meet district goals.
• Manage District activities program budget and activity accounts.
• Supervise all district activity concessions and related operations.
• Coordinate with Facility Services, School Board, and Superintendent on facilities planning.
• Coordinate interscholastic game schedules with the academic calendar.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of activities program facilities, officials, workers, travel and finances.
• Maintain records of participation, scheduling and financials.
• Ensure MHSA eligibility rules are observed and applied.
