Millard Public Schools is seeking a Coverage Custodian to support district-wide custodial needs. The role involves daily cleaning, security, and light maintenance across multiple school buildings with a daytime schedule.

Responsibilities include trash removal, restroom upkeep, floor care, and reporting repairs. Requires reliable transportation and flexibility to cover openings as needed within the district.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Willing to relocate to cover openings as needed.
• Ability to perform manual tasks and lift moderate weights.
• Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and empties trash inside and outside facilities.
• Snow removal and keeping outside grounds clean.
• Clean restrooms, classrooms, and common areas; maintain surfaces.
• Perform housekeeping floor care: mopping, waxing, shampooing floors.
• Identify and report items needing repair; assist with maintenance actions.
• Coordinate with staff to support district custodial operations.
