Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC is seeking an experienced Operations leader to drive profitability and growth within a designated territory. You will work across key functions to scale services, manage budgets, and lead front-line teams to deliver operational excellence.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, plus developing a robust plan to expand market share and improve KPIs. A Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of transportation management or district management experience.
• Operational experience in domestic and global transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures.
• Attain or exceed budgeted revenue and profitability within the assigned territory.
• Analyze costs to maximize profitability.
• Develop a business plan for the territory with management and staff.
• Lead and develop station staff and ensure effective performance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand customer base and opportunities.
