Qualifications

• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable district radius to support market staffing needs.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required trainings within designated timelines.
• Contribute to patient safety by confirming prescriptions and labeling accurately.
• Support immunizations and counseling to improve patient outcomes.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and district leadership as needed during shifts.
• Protect pharmacy workflow, inventory, and cold chain requirements.
