Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing.
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps in stores within the district.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager's duties when on duty.
