Job summary

The Public Schools of Dover and Sherborn are seeking on-call substitute teachers for all grades and disciplines. Substitutes work with buildings for their daily assignments, following the class schedule and lesson plans left by classroom teachers.

All positions require a national and criminal background check. The district is committed to DEI and seeks candidates who bring diverse perspectives to strengthen its work. Starting date is immediate; rate is $125/day; this is a part-time position.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant substitute teaching experience preferred.
• Undergraduate Certificate degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
• Subject to a national and criminal background check.
