Gloucester Township Public Schools is seeking a District Substitute Teacher Assignment Coordinator to ensure uninterrupted instructional programs by monitoring teacher absences, managing daily substitute rosters, and dynamically assigning substitutes through the Red Rover staffing application. This 10-month, part-time position carries a $6,000 annual stipend (prorated) with no health benefits.

• Coordinates, schedules, and assigns substitute teachers via the Red Rover platform.
• Performs dynamic scheduling tasks and logistics outside standard hours to manage last-minute absences.
• Serves as the primary contact for substitute teachers regarding schedules and procedures.
• Communicates with principals, administrative staff, and building personnel regarding coverage statuses.
