Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Syracuse, NY is seeking a District Shift Leader to support the General Manager development plan and lead a bakery team during early morning shifts. You will be a brand ambassador, coach staff, and ensure high-quality food and service.

You will also assist other locations in the market, manage inventory and scheduling, and work toward a General Manager role as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery team during shifts and provide coaching and training.
• Support other locations in the market as needed.
• Assist with inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management.
