Role Overview: As a District Shift Leader, you'll participate in a General Manager development plan, supporting management at your home location and across other bakeries in the market. The role involves early morning shifts, leadership, coaching, and operational responsibilities, with opportunities to grow into a General Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, support team development, and ensure high-quality food and service.
• Support administrative tasks such as inventory, vendor orders, and cash management.
• Travel to support multiple locations and learn from different leaders.

Qualifications:
