Position Overview:

We are seeking our next General Manager! If you're ready to grow your career, becoming a District Shift Leader is the right step. You will participate in a targeted development plan to prepare for a General Manager role, with the opportunity to take ownership of a bakery when a position is available.

Typical Day:

District Shift Leaders manage at a home location and support other bakeries as needed. They support training, lead by example, and ensure high-quality food and service. Shifts start as early as 3am, involving various roles to maintain store standards. The development plan includes training in administrative duties and skills such as P&L analysis, food cost control, scheduling, and recruiting. Must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications:

• Potential for permanent GM promotion within the market
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check
• Complete ServSafe Certification by end of development plan if not already certified
